Calliope
A lot of confidence and working drive in a more compact girl. Calliope is ready to get involved.
Meet Calliope.
Calliope has a lot of go. She loves catch-and-hold work, and her confidence and willingness to get involved have impressed me. She is not our biggest Corso, but she is a good reminder of why I care so much about ability, stability, and athleticism.
We have also put time into her behavior away from the farm. On public outings, I want a dog who can watch people, other dogs, and activity without needing to react to everything. Calliope has given us moments to be proud of in that work. She has enjoyed swimming and show preparation as well.
Her first show was in Wilmington in October 2025, in cold, soaking rain. She placed third out of four and gained valuable experience in difficult conditions. She has a lively personality, and I enjoy seeing that energy take shape through work, training, and time together.
