Remembering Gaia.

Gaia was an athletic girl who liked to stay busy. We described her as always on the go, and she had a clever, slightly sneaky side that made us laugh. She could be a daredevil, but she still made time for a snuggle.

One of our favorite memories is of her finding ways to keep us beside her for extra cuddles while we waited for her puppies to arrive. She knew how to get our attention and made the most of it. That was very much Gaia.

She is no longer with us. I want her remembered as the lively, affectionate individual we knew, with all the little habits that made her part of our family.
